Softgels
Softgels are made from gelatin, glycerin and purified water and can be filled with either pure oils or oil powder suspensions. The gelatin bloom strength is adjustable according to the fill properties to optimize shell strength and stability. For strong smelling or acid sensitive ingredients like fish oil and peppermint oil, enteric coating protects the capsule in the stomach and enables targeted release in the intestine. Gelatin is sourced from bovine, fish, or porcine origins, with strict raw material screening from the very beginning. This ensures complete elimination of BSE/TSE risks, meeting the highest global safety standards.
